The location of this place is great with a market and a big supermarket nearby, where all the staff members are friendly and accommodating, and our room was equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a secure area, so close to centrale station or 8euro and great restaurants, cafes and gelato places nearby and sightseeing. The staff were amicable and flexible, helped with any issues. The room was modern, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a clean bathroom...

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Everything was nice, personnel was very polite. It had a great location short walk to main train station, Florence and the attractions. A few times we ate at Overlook Grill, located not too far from the hotel. The guest room was fantastic, included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet.

The staff were flexible, friendly, and the place was centrally located near tourist attractions, and we would love to return again due to the enjoyable two-night stay.

We were impressed with the friendly and informative staff who made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtfulness of the owner, Simone. He accommodated our late arrival, provided a place for us to store our luggage after check-out, and even had adaptors and other helpful amenities available. we highly recommend Guest House Biffi Simone for a wonderful stay in Florence.
